I may have been misteken. Now that I think of it I had better success with 2 stick of the same type in slots 1 & 2 and another in slot 3.
Please post CPU-Z memory tab, and SPD tabs for both 800 and 1066 moduls.

I am not sure I understand the block windows. Does it wants you to re-activate windows, freez, or do you get blue screen?

Yes, please load optimized defaults first, if you have RAID you need to set it up again.
Then make the following changes in M.I.T:
    Code:
    DRAM Performance Control
    Performance Enhance ------------------- : [Standard]
    System Memory Multiplier -------------- : [4.00A]
RAM Timing Selectable ---------------- : [Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time -------- 5 ---------- : [5]
    tRCD -------------------- 5 ---------- : [5]
    tRP --------------------- 5 ---------- : [5]
    tRAS -------------------- 15 ---------- : [15]

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.16-1.24]

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ------------ 1.800V ------- : [?] <<< as specified for your ram
