    Default h55m-s2 bug (sata ,lan)

Hi i have a h55m-s2 Gigabyte motherboard and a bug just appeared (the installation worked just fine),my HDD sata wasn't recognize , and the only way i find to make it works is to change the "SATA Port 0-3 Native Mode" From "enabled" to "disabled" (legacy mode on).

And although the HDD is recognized now (even if this way is kinda weird) but the lan card doesnt work ,...when i installed the realtek lan driver ,it is said that no network card is installed !

    Help me !

Try to run the Smart LAN utility in BIOS (under Integrated Peripherals) see if it detecs cable length.
If not try to clear CMOS (consult the manual) then load optimized defaults and run Smart LAN agan.
Always turn off/ or disconnect power, amd discharge the capacitors(press power button while the power is off) when clearing CMOS or replacing parts.
Which BIOS version is installed? Press F9 at main BIOS screen to see what is the BIOS and backup BIOS versions.

Well after waiting nearly an hour , i've just put the battery back in, and load optimized defaults ( still no adresse mac when i press F9 in the bios), first the HDD ain't recognized ( because of "SATA Port 0-3 Native Mode" was set on "enabled" so had to set it on "disabled") then on windows still no network card detected ;'(
And i can't even use my usb key to install w7, cause it is not recognized too (well it is recognized but when i boot on it , a boot failure message appears).

Enable usb storage and or usb legacy devices in bios for usb stick,if your not seeing a MAC address then you could have a dead or fault LAN nic

Try re installing the realtek LAN drivers but install as admin

OK Just reinstalled w7, and try to install the realtek lan drivers as admin but at the end, the setup says that no card has been found.

I'm not sure what is wrong as it was working this morning,...i just bought this mb 2 days ago.
