I haven't suggested overclocking the CPU, it's still at default frequency and voltage, though running a higher bus clock with a minor overclock may increase memory performance substantially. But we'll get to it later.

Just set memory multiplier to x8, CPU NB VID Control 1.2-1.35v(I think it is additive but the final result shoud also show), DTCs mode Unganged, timings manually 9-9-9-28.

EDIT: regarding the BIOS you can update to latest beta or non-beta version, but you can pospond it for later. I am in the opinion that if it aint broken it does not need to be fixed.
