    Twek it how exaqctly?
Could you please post a screen capture of CPU-Z CPU, Motherboard, Memory, and SPD(for both ram modules)? It is possible to run several instances of CPU-Z to have yhem all in one screen capture.

    Latest (final) BIOSm that's good.
But what tweaks are you after? You may try higher FSB for better memory performance.
Host Clock 266, CPU Ratio x9, PCI clock 100, SMM(System Memory Multiplier) 2.40B, Voltages manual and normalm aside DRAM OverVoltage, you can try either normal or +0.1v.
This should result with same CPU frequency at load(2.4GHz) but higher at idle (1.6GHz instead 1.2GHz) which may force you to disable C1E and EIST feature in advanced BIOS Features.

Yes it's good, but with 266bus speed(x9 CPU=2.4GHz memoy will operate better.
Downlowd MaxxMEM preview to benchmark the diffrences.

I make this but system bios freeze and reset this on old settings in memory when set 266 bus speed show me memory how 1066 not 800 Mhz

Try to make it work to Dual Channel by putting your ram to the right dimm slot.

Make ALL the changes I listed at post #4. I have made a mistake there, memory multiplier should be 3.00A not 2.40B.
And yes, put RAM in slots 1 & 3, you will not have dual-channel mode but flex mode, but it's still better than single channel.
