Set performance enhance standard, and try +0.1/+0.2 MCH OverVoltage.
    Don't you have 4 multipliers?

3.20 is what you want for under 400 FSB

If you want to run 1066 instead of 1333 that would be fine, and as you mention you could tighten up the timings. Since they are rated at 1333Mhz 999-24 with 1.5V, you could probably do 888-20 or possibly 777-2- at 1066, either may require more voltage than 1.5 but I'd go ahead and start with just 1.5

The idea would now be to overclock, so I don't want to stay under 400 FSB ;) I guss I will have to find the max FSB and set the ratio accordingly to stay below 1066, but I am a bit frustrated I can't get over 1066.

    @chike : I have the followings ratio options :

    2.00
    2.40
    3.20
    4.0# (1333)
    3.33
    2.50
    3.00
    4.0~ (1066)

I already tried 4.0# with 333 fsb and it doesn't boot. This is where I am strugling, normally it should work...

OK, well for over 400 FSB you want to use certain ones as well, see this >>

Try the 4.0~ as well, you never know it might work.
Have you tried increasing MCH OverVoltage, with Prformance Enhance standard?
Also try a high Static tRead Value (10-15), and Static tRead Phase Adjust 0.

Performance Enhance has always been on standard, forgot to change this in the previous thread.

    I tried 4.0~ and 4.0# with mch overvoltage at +0.1v and +0.2v, doesn't boot.
Same with both static tread changed at the value you advised.
There are some differences sometimes though : sometimes it just doesn't boot (double reboot and bios settings are set back to default) and sometimes it reboot just before the windows loading logo.

I am lost : I tried FSB 400 and ratio 2.0, so the ram is at 800 mhz and it doesn boot neither !
This is below the 1066 mhz. It starts to piss me off a bit... Can't it be a PSU issue ? I can't see why but who knows...

    Edit : 400 FSB @ 3.2 seems to work... That's just silly.
No good with memtest though...but at least I make it to Windows... got a 0X0000003B Stop message.

It's probably just this memory isn't really made for this board, you need older DDR3 that was made for older boards, that's normally rated 1.7-1.9V
