Default and auto are two different things, completely.
Yes set ALL settings in red as posted.

EDIT: BTW do you have the Hyper installed already?

the setting are on "auto" and i dont have hyper, i think is gonna delay 1 week or maybe tomorrow
do you think i should not increase without the cooler ?
after playing games like gta iv i can confirm is stable and windows experience increased 0.4 on memory

Stay at 3.4GHz untill you get the hyper.
Some voltages are set dangerousely high when on auto, others do not change at all.
To be sure what is set and all at safe values set manually as posted.
Beging with the lower VTT and higher MCH, DRAM voltage can be 1.8-1.9 the lowest stable.

i though leave load line calibration enable but was disable and work fine @ 3.0, so i leave disable and still working @ 3.4,

should i really enable load line calibration ?
    can i enable C1E?
for now i will stop and wait for the hyper 212, i will make more tests on 3.4, windows experience stay on 6.6 on 3.4, maybe there's no much difference

LLC is not a must but may help higher frequency and same voltage set in BIOS.
C1E and EIST try to disable, if you'r stable than it's fine.

C1E enable will cool the cores or just saving energy ?
and before i forget, thanks for everything, when i get the new cooler i'll be back to post the results

Saving energy implies cooler temps I think, though it's only at idle so not that much.

Save the settings at BIOS profile (F11 at main BIOS screen), later it can be restored with F12.
You can save up to 8 differet profiles, for instance if you want a performance profile for gaming and lower CPU frequency for normal use.

You can also save them to a USB flash-drive, though these profiles do not migrate between BIOS versions so if/when you decide to update you will have to enter them manually again.

Do you get the red warnin when you enter BIOS?
Try tRD(Static tRead Value) 9 for both channels.
