I meant to say it is normal. The EP43-UD3L boots twice every time it is unpluged from power. I am not sure if it at default setting it does it too but it did when was OCed.

that thing about boots twice every time it is unpluged from power is not normal, i googled for hours, the most result are "cpu with incorret settings", i set bios to stock, turn off computer unpluged from power, plug it again and turn on and goes with 1 normal boot

boot twice there's nothing to do with overclock, i used computer with 300x11.5 for many days, this never happened

google said is "incorret settings", one thing i noticed, when we click with right button on my computer, windows shows the computer parts names, etc and show the actual speed of the cpu, on this oc (400x8.5)=3.4ghz, windows shows 4.60ghz instead 3.4ghz like he did before when i set (300x11.5)=3.45ghz

i cant see this computer booting twice

As I said it happened to me every time I unpluged or turned off the PSU, but I usually don't do it.
If you enter MIT and there's no warning it's all good.

Windows is being stupid, I saw this with earlier versons or RealTemp too, it simply take the FSB and multiply it by the CPU highest multiplier. You can submit a bug to microsoft if you wish, I can imagine it is already reported and the are not going to do anything about it.

yes after two boots, there's no red warning, but i worry about the problems could happen with the computer, every day this twice boot

maybe the problem is on memory timings, or mch core

memory voltage is fine on 1.8 or 1.9, cpu voltage works fine on 1.24 with 1.28 unless that on boot the cpu requires more than 1.28v,
CPU Frequency is not the problem i decreased 3.4 to 3.0, the problem started with 400x, maybe i have to try 333x10-or-10.5 and lose 133mhz from memory

i dont how the computer works on boot, if cpu start on full load or stock, if it need more than 1.28v to boot

    Try 333-340MHz x10 CPU and 2.40B memory, tRD 8-6.
Memory performance will decrease, but it's not much of an issue.

333 is the same problem with 2 boots, i give up, and that windows issue is related to C1E, when enable it, windows shows the actual speed

    ok man, thanks for everything,

i'm probably being a fool for worring about this twice boot, but i can't see this computer booting twice

if i find a explanation telling me WHY bios do the double boot, i searched and dont found answers, only a few have the same problem, is not exclusive for gigabyte, i found this problem in other boards too,

your board dont do that, am i right ?

My current EP45-UD3LR doesn't do it, the EP43-UD3L does.
I have never paid any attention to it as it is always pluged to power unless I have to change hardware or clear CMOS.
