You can safely set CPU Reference auto. all references should be auto unless maually changed.

If you have EasyTune istalled, check target voltage in Tuner -> Advanced -> Voltage tab. MCH Core may be set higher than default when OC and auto.
i have problems now, i turned off computer without remove power plug, so when i turn on the computer seems to be ok with one boot but its turned off and on again and boots fine but i saw on post process "updated sucess", i though..something have changed, then windows started and the system was on default 266

so i restarted (and the bios was not on default= strange), so i set 100 to pci express, C1E enable, and set all cpu voltages to auto, only vcore to normal because on auto its goes to 1.41v
i will try this easytune only for see the reference voltage to my oc

Voltages on auto is a no no, BIOS may set them high and harmful. Set them mormal or manually to higher value.
References are fine with auto while stable.

The EasyTune for MCH Core, and also PLL and Termination.

Mybe the baterry is weak or not seated properly?

batery is fine i did a cmos reset then i removed and put it back, and the clock on windows is not delayed, i think is normal

    easytune on 3.44ghz(400x8.5)

    cpu pll=1.55 (1.75)
    cpu term=1.20 (1.30)
    mch core=1.10 (1,30)

so i set to normal 1.55 or 1.75

You definately don't want CPU PLL at 1.75v, this should worry you a lot more than 1.9v DRAM Voltage, PLL normal is enough.
VTT and MCH Core 1.3v also not needed.

so i will set to normal
    - cpu pll
    - cpu termination
    - mch core
    - cpu vcore

the rest on auto and load line calibration disable

    ----
i had canceled the hyper 212plus, i will try cooler master v6, looks more contact on cpu, what do you think ?

I go by reviews mostly, and more than one when possible. For me ease of installation is important, and price, after performance of course.

Make sure it is compatible with the board, doesn't block ram etc. (L board's space is bit tighter).
Note that it is quite heavy.

EDIT: MCH Core you may need to set manually, the way it was before.

last nite i had all voltages on normal, today on the morning i turned on boots fine (1 normal boot), so i decided set all to auto except vcore because i set C1E and EIST, so i turned off and a couple hours later i turn on and ocurred 2 boots (1 fail e 1 restore default) probably because the voltage [auto], so you tell me to see easy tune, i set to normal cpu pll,cpu termination, mch core, cpu vcore and MCH to 1.16v, so i turned off and turn on with 1 normal boot, i think its normal.......

about the cooler master v6 i trying to find a picture or video of board ep45 with this cooler, but nothing found
    the dimension is 131.5 x 120 x 165 mm (5.2 x 4.7 x 6.5 inch)

i found one more issue, when i restart the system by windows, during the process after closing windows the system turn off and turn on then the system restart on default to 266....but the bios continue with overclocking configs saved, so i just enter on bios and exit, the system is overclocked again

i think the only way to overclock this board without issues is having a memory ram with 1333mhz or at least 1066

an overclock without issues is fsb ???x3= (the default multiplier of this motherboard is x3)

with 1333mhz ram i can use 444 with stock voltages

    Maybe you should update BIOS?
Don't update with OC settings, only defaults.
Saved profiles won't survive the update, nor they are useful if they do, re-enter all settings manually.

I myself also disable XMP, set Performance Enhance standard, memory voltage 1.9 and a click up MCH Core. Can't be too safe :)
