375x is the limit for q9400, so i can get 375x8=3.0ghz with 900mhz
300x is the limit for e7600, so i can get 300x11.5=3.45ghz with 900mhz
the limit i mean NO issues, this oc will be stable with stock cooler

memory @ 900mhz on auto is 5-6-6-21 trd 13(the min i think will be 10), what can i do to make it better ?
what can decrease latency? is only trd ??
    latency @ 83 = trd @ 13, i think won't boot anything under trd 10,
800mhz @ stock is 6 on trd (result is left screenshoot)
800 with unstable 400x, auto was on 11 the min was 8, never boot on 7

about the temperature on core0, the idle is normal but the load is a little more then normal, i know could be a mistake from the sensor, but about vcore ? if decrease voltage ?
C1E is enable, idle is normal, what do you think? what is the max voltage for q9400 on stock ?

Who made 300 a limit for E7600? I am running fine with 450.
I am sure you can st tRD to at least 8 if not 7, this will put some more stress on the memory so it will need a bit more voltage. Just for the kicks I'll boot with 375 and see what goes.
Mainly it will be tRD to lower latency and increase read bandwidth, lower tRCD, tRP, and tRAS may also help a bit.

I don't understand the about max voltage for q9400 at stock.

my board maded 300 a limit without issues like 2 boots or bsod, i know we can reach much moore, but not in my board

about the temp is, i saw on google, many screenshoots of cpu-z with q9400 @ 2.66ghz with max voltage on 1.20 or 1.19
in my case is 1.28 the max voltage, if a decrease to 1.20 on vcore, this load temp can decrease ?

If the q9400 is stable at 375 there is no reason the E7600 won't be.

Every processor has a different VID that is set during manufatur/binig process. As of to what CoreTemp show I have no idea, sometimes it shows max VID other times I don't know what.

Here is my results for 375x8 memory at 900 tRD 7:

    really good results.........

i would like to know, why q9400 @333 stock works fine with auto multiplier @800mhz,
but the e7600 @333 results 999mhz, dont work with mutliplier or auto
why the board dont put memory at 999mhz with Q9400 ?

who is at fault? board ? or memory ?

i dont understand why 400x give me the same issues on both cpu, we can say 400 is too much for e7600 which stock is 266, is 50%+,
but q9400 which stock is 333 is only 20%+

q9400 with 400x give me great results but, i cant restart cause the system will shutdown e restart with default and red warnings on bios

is 400x too much for this board ?, no i dont think so

No one is at fault, the BIOS is just not that smart.
Defaulf FSB for E7600 is 266 for the Q9400 333.
The BIOS start asking what multiplier do i need to match 800?
    Answer 3.00A for E7600 and 2.40B for the Q9400.
Current FSB is 333, multiply by 2.4 you get 800 for the Q9400, multiply by 3, and you get 999 for the E7500.
400MHz FSB is 20% higher than default multiplier of Q9400, and 50% higher than the E7600, does it make sense now?

If you wish to OC you mmust get your hands dirty and do it by yourself, don't leave anything for BIOS to decide.

Good thing you didn't juts go and buy a new quad just to find out it does not solve your OC problem.
I suggest you upgrade to the latest BIOS from GB site.

this is not an answer, i know that, i write that on the question,
    - i want to know why the board decide to use multiplier #3 to e7600 333x resulting 999mhz, knowing the memory is 800mhz,
    - why not use multiplier #3 on q9400?,
    - why not use multiplier #2.4 to e7600 on auto?

i dont leave to the bios the decide i did the configs, you know that, you told me to
like i said before.........bios version dont solve the problem, i saw the same problem with other version in many cases on google.[point]

the answer is= this freaking board only works on auto.

As I said, the multiplier is decided by default FSB not what you set it to after.

Eberyone is entitled to hold to their beife.
You do not know BOS won't solve the problem, you believe it won't when the easy thing to do is upgrade and know.

    finally i figured out.........
    - the problem is the board dont accept multiplier by 2 to reach the stock limit 800mhz when we increase the fsb 400x
    why?
    - because the board wants more memory frequency to work stable with 400x, i think 800mhz multplied is not enough, thats why i got BSOD
    - so when i use 450x8, the board accepts multiplier by 2, reaching o.c limit 900mhz for memory
    results?
    - everything is fine, no BSOD, prime95, games, video converting,
    - but 450x is too much for the board which rated fsb limit is 1600, on this case the limit was 1800 when the right is 2000, so i can use 424x

testing games, i can say, there's no need to o.c this q9400 on my kit, increase 2 or 3 frames per second,
    i will try o.c the e7600,

    about the issues;
    - i can restart the system normally, there's no shutdown and restore default like happened before
    - dual boot still happening when removed the power cable

    comparation between stock vs o.c

cpuz file on stock because c1e, i forgot to load...to reach 3.60ghz
