Well, the results.txt looked like this on vcore 1.15000:

    [Fri May 20 23:09:00 2011]
    Self-test 720K passed!
    Self-test 720K passed!
    Self-test 720K passed!
    Self-test 720K passed!
    [Fri May 20 23:24:22 2011]
    Self-test 8K passed!
    Self-test 8K passed!
    ...
    [Sun May 22 11:16:47 2011]
    Self-test 64K passed!

-> I think the restart was here, I didn't see the computer then

    [Sun May 22 13:50:42 2011] <- I restarted the prime on vcore 1.1625
    Self-test 720K passed!

@Chike: what's next ? Should I lower the vcore back to 1.1500 (or even lower) and change something else ?
Please give me specified settings, what to change, thank you!

Which was the FFT you seen last 720k?
If the failing FFT is small (64k or less) it is likely to be vcore.

    Here's the results.txt : http://temp.stuff.hu/results.txt

I will have to re-run the prime on this vcore and see the FFT length, coz I don't remember.

I think the last failed after FFT 64k but it is the longest ever passed so we cannot know what is after it.
Keep increasing vcore up to 1.225 or what ever it was auto set it before.
If this won't help we'll try different options.

It keeps failing, no matter what I change :(
The best result was with settings like these: dram to 2.1000 and vcore on 1.8-1.9 (I can not really remember the exact value, something like 1.8xxx). With these settings prime had run for ~12 hours or something.

What's next, coz at the moment the prime doesn't run for "too long" ?!

I really hope it is a typo again and you did not set vcore to 1.8v.
Do you know which FFT size cause failure/crash?
The most important thing when tweaking is consistancy, If you begin to change this and that all at the same time you never know which did good and which did wrong.
    Please post full current settings.

Try raising MCH Core a notch or two up first.

If hat's not enogh, try to tweak MCH reference.
For consistancy, CPU and MCH references should be always changed when VTT(CPU Termination) is set to 1.2v.
    Default(auto) is 0.76 @ 1.2v VTT (63.33%).

    Set VTT to 1.2v
    Set MCH reference to 0.74
    Set VTT back to 1.24v.

In the same manner keep trying 0.72, 0.70 while and if it make the situation better.
If it makes it worse. try 0.8, 0.84, and 0.88 (if you have smaller steps like 0.78, 0.82 etc, try those too).

Ok, but what about the cpu vcore? Leave on 1.2000 or can be bit lower like 1.18xx-1.19xx ?
And the ram voltage is fine on 2.240 or I can set it back to 2.200 ?

One change at a time, if you find stable point you can try to lower it again.
