Ok, so these are the values you thought about I should try next:

    CPU Vcore --------------- 1.125V ---- : [1.2000]

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V ------ : [1.200]
    CPU PLL ----------------- 1.550V ------ : [Normal]
    CPU Reference ----------- 0.805V ------ : [Auto]

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.20]
    MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [0.74]
    ICH I/O ----------------- 1.550V ------- : [Normal]
    ICH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [Auto]

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ------------ 1.800V ------- : [2.240]

Please give me all of these correct values, if I am wrong!

Settings all as before accept the MCH reference which should be about 0.765 with VTT 1.24 after you follow the procedure to change it.

now I am confused... previously you said:
    Set VTT to 1.2v
    Set MCH reference to 0.74
    Set VTT back to 1.24v.

and now: MCH ref to 0.765 with VTT 1.24

Could you please write the exact values in a reply instead of "????" into this:

    Thanks in advance!

    CPU Vcore --------------- 1.125V ---- : [1.2000]

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V ------ : [????]
    CPU PLL ----------------- 1.550V ------ : [Normal]
    CPU Reference ----------- 0.805V ------ : [Auto]

    MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [????]

With MCH ref 0.74 it doesn't even boot up, freezing before the windows could boot :\

First try MCH Core 1.22v then 1.24v, no change to the reference.

Setting VTT to 1.2v is temporary, to change the reference, than set it back to what it was, 1.24v.

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V ------ : [1.24]
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.24]
    MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [0.765] <<< approximatly, maybe 0.764, 61.66% of 1.24

with these it doesn't boot up:

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V ------ : [1.24]
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.24]
    MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [0.765]

with these the prime had run for ~6 hours before restarting the computer:

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V ------ : [1.24]
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.20-1.24]
    MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [Auto]

    with these it boots up:

    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V ------ : [1.24]
    MCH Core ---------------- 1.100V ------- : [1.22-1.24]
    MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [0.785]

If it doesn't boot with 0.74 @ 1.2 VTT (0.765 @ 1.24 VTT) than it made things worse.
The third option , 0.75 @ 1.2 VTT = 0.785 @ 1.24 VTT is the same as aoto set it.

    Try 0.8 @ 1.2 VTT (0.827 @ 1.24v VTT).
If it doesn't boot, or fails sooner than default, set MCH Reference auto and try with CPU Reference.
CPU Reference has only 4 options, with the higher as default, so it is easy to know where you at without changing VTT to 1.2 each time you change it.

Something failed so badly, that I had to remove the battery from the mobo and do a cmos-reset (the computer didn't boot at all: it just started up and even the fans didn't spin on full speed then a little *chirip* sound could been heard and restart).
    Now my config is:
    0.785 @ 1.24

Isn't there any shorter way to test if it fails/crashes/restarts? Coz all the time it takes 6-8+ hours to see if it crashes, quite a long period?!

Yes, there is, I think I have mention it before.
If you know the FFT that cause the crash, you can run this size only, by customizing blend, and setting min/max FFT size to that value.

But I have no idea what caused the crash, and I away from the computer all the time when it is crashing, although I got the log (results.txt) but that doesn't contain the fft size...
Is there any chance to log the fft-size too ?
