    Of course it contains the FFT size.

    1280K is the FFT size.

    When it fail it will usually be the size that is tested after the last size in the log.
    Clear the log, and run one night of customized blend with 5 minutes for each test, that will let it run more tests at the given time, and will fill it with x3 the results with default 15 minutes per test.
    That will make it easy to find the size that come after the size that cause crash.

    Good news: with 0.827 @ 1.24v VTT it is still up an running (now almost for 16 hours).
    I couldn't find 0.8 setting for 1.2 vtt, there was no such option as 0.8 as far as I remember.

    Now the question is: Does the increasing the vtt mean increasement in cpu temperature too ?
    Should I try to lower something in future testing ?

    Now I am gonna stop the prime, I think 16 hours is enough to run.

    0.827 @ 1.24v is 0.8 @ 1.2v.
    Yes 16 hours is quite enough.
    Copy results.txt to save it in case you need to find which FFT size failed in the future.

    EDIT: please post full current settings.

    Are you sure those 2 are correct?

    No, VTT don't cause heating for C2D/Q2D processors, it is only applied for a small portion of the CPU.
    For newer CPUs it does.
    You can try normal vcore again, if it's stable and GFlops are as expected then you maytry to enable C1E and EIST for power saving while the system idle.

    Oops, there was a wrong data too, this is the correct: MCH Reference ----------- 0.760V ------- : [0.800]

    PCI Express Clock Drive -------------- : [900] <-- this is the current value and this is the one you gave me in the very state of testing
    CPU Reference ----------- 0.805V ------ : [Auto] is the current

    Now I set the vcore back to 1.125000 which is the default, and the GFlops is still around ~45.xxxx

    Should I try to run prime again for hours ? Or I can change / lower anything else now ?

    update1: I set the vcore to 1.125 (or what is the exact value by default) and it crashed quite soon with prime. Now I am testing with 1.15000.

    sorry about the PCI Express Clock Drive, it should be left at it's default which is 800 for this board.
    Set vcore to normal rather then default value manually, enablr C1E and EIST, re-check GFlops, and run Prime95 again.
    IBT temps still at mid 70s?
    How high are Prime95 temps?

    The prime had run for another ~14 hours without any freezing/crashing/restarting with the vcore set to "Normal" and C1E and EIST is set to "Enabled"

    Somehow the memory has been forgotten, don't you want it closer to it's specs with 2.66D SMM and possibly a bit higher voltage?
