I don't know that ram so I cant say,I can't see why it wouldn't work though aslong as its 1.5v or 1.65v rated memory, when you have your motherboard running I can try and help you overclock, what speed would you want to clock too?

    Thanks for your reply.

At the end i can find this kit

    Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 12GB (3 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 998776

    Newegg.com - Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 12GB (3 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 998776

and a friend give me a kit to try

OCZ DDR3 PC3-16000 Platinum Series Low-Voltage Triple Channel

OCZ DDR3 PC3-16000 Platinum Series Low-Voltage Triple Channel *EOL - OCZ

I wait them the next week.

which one you like more between the two?

I accept your help to look for a good oc and i conttact you when my pc is completed.

    My configution will be

    Gigabyte X58A-UD5 (rev 2.0)

Ram: OCZ or mushkis as above

    Intel i7 950 D0

    Noctua NH-14D

WD caviaar black fals 1 tb

    Hitachi 7200c 1 tb

Can you advise me what to read to begin to understand i7 OC? I have read soomeethings but seems more difficult than with the quad core (my actul pc Q9650).

The mushkin ram is the best choice, its fairly simple to overclock, just set your cpu voltage, dram voltage for your ram and set qpi/vtt voltage for the memory controller inside the cpu, everything else is fine on auto settings, you can set ram speed and timings yourself

    Thanks

Sometimes i think that 12 GB may be overkill and i have read that 4x3GB is a a bit more difficult and and it needs a little more high voltages to get a decent OC.

In every way I can try as much as the Mushkin OCZ wll see which perform better.

Can you advise me what to read to begin to understand i7 OC?

    thanks

Yes high oc and memory speeds are difficult with 12gb,you would be better buying 6 2gb sticks in a matching 12gb kit,or go for a 6gb kit,I hardly ever use all if my ram, games run fine with 6gb so its up to you, look on tweaktown/gigabyte ex58 ocing guide

6GB will be best, unless you specifically need 12GB. If you do need 12GB, then any 12GB kit should run at stock rated voltages just fine
