Well the ram is rated for 5-5-5-18.
OCZ DDR2 PC2-9200 Reaper HPC Edition - OCZ

The site also list 2.2-2.3v but I would check the package or the stickers to be sure.
Anyway I would have confirmed they can take 1150 at lower CPU and BUS frequencies, or the CPU withhigher frequency and ram at lower, to be more certain at where the problems come from.

Just correcting myself, that was a different kit,
OCZ DDR2 PC2-9200 Reaper HPC 4GB Edition *EOL - OCZ
Indded rated as 2.2, with EVP 2.25v.

OT: I understand that OCZ does not manufacture memory anymore.

Thanks to both of you, I have some new ideas to try and I think with your help I will get there.

so it looks like I need to do a thorough memtest, then hit the voltages and see how it goes.

Ideally Id like to run 467x7.5 and have the ram as high or fast as possible.

Yep, OCZ voluntarily quit the memory business several months ago.

Attached pic shows several memory benchmarks with my P35/E6300 (R0) system.

    Changed multi to 2.00D.

Boots fine, but getting 0x124 BSOD trying to run IBT

Upped vcore to 1.30625v Now it makes it through one pass of IBT, 2nd pass fails

Now upped vcore to 1.3125v, 5 runs IBT stable. Temps max at 65c

What GFlops you get with 3072MB memory?

BSOD 0x124 is probably related to VTT and/or Cpu Vcore settings.
It's best if you post your bios settings and include a detailed screen-shot so that we know exactly what settings you were using. I know that this seems like a lot of extra work, but we can quickly spot any possible problem areas and save you time in the long run.

FWIW, with my EP45-UD3P and E6550, I ran for a long time using:
    Cpu Host Frequency = 492MHz (7x492 = 3.444MHz)
    Memory Multiplier = 2.00D, 2x492 = 984MHz, 5-5-4-12 settings, tRD = 9 (4GB Mushkin 1066 memory)
MCH Core = 1.28 (1.26 was stable, but 1.28 made my system "happier")

I had no problems with the 2.00B or 2.40B memory multipliers, but 2.00D offered better performance in the upper 400MHz range ( ~470+ MHz)

    YMMV

It is giving me the 0x124 BSOD again which says increase VTT or vcore...
I increased vcore to 1.318v, I'm not sure I want to go much higher. It ran a 3072 IBT test with 44.54 GFlops
and what did you want a shot of?

What are your CPU and Core temperatures while running IBT?
Do you have LLC (load line calibration) enabled?

Highest core temp was 65c, LLC is NOT enabled

    Right after 5 IBT runs.
