    65c is decent, especially if your ambient temperature is above 20c.
    I'm not an LLC fan, but enabling it should allow you to lower Cpu Vcore several steps.

    Better leave vcore as it was, LLC only effect vdroop, at idle it should be the same.

    In your template, Static tRead Value (aka tRD or Performance Level) is set to AUTO for both memory channels. What does MemSet report for Performance Level?
    VTT is slightly higher than Cpu Vcore. It's my understanding that with VTT higher than Cpu Vcore, this is detrimental to long term reliability.
    DRAM Voltage is lower than the "standard" 2.20 voltage for your memory. Some memory brands/models run fine with settings about 0.10 volts lower than the maximum rated voltage, some don't.
    Cpu Reference setting shouldn't need to be manually set, try using AUTO.

    I was under the assumption that this ram is standard DDR2-800 with a bin for 1150. SPD lists 1.8v

    And fixed template.

    Also, after enabling LLC, volts holding around 1.30v, however core #1 was 6c lower than other cores, and the latest IBT of 3072 gave GFlops of 30.13? Could a core have ... stopped?

    The SPD for your memory lists Jedec standard settings using 1.80 volts.
    For higher speeds, your memory might require 2.20 volts.
    My overclocking approach is to start with the highest rated memory voltage and then test with lower voltage once I've reached my "final" overclock.
