Default Missing Driver for Windows 7 Install?

Building a brand new system with following hardware &operating system:
    <o:p></o:p>
    CPU: Intel LGA775 QX9650
    MB: Gigabyte GA-P43T-ES33 (version 1.3 with F7 Bios &Intel 4-series Utility DVD)
    PSU: Corsair 650W CMPSU-650TX
    GPU: GeForce 9500 GT
    RAM: 8gb DDR3 1600 (2x4gb) Kingston KHX1600c9d3k2/8gx
HDD: 500gb Western Digital Caviar Black WD5002AALX-00J73
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
    <o:p></o:p>
I can boot into CMOS Setup and see my hard drive on “IDE Channel 0 Master” and can see it in bios boot-up, but windows won’t find hard the drive. At the Windows install screen “where do you want to install Windows”, there is no hard drive listed/found and Windows tells me “ No drives were found.Click Load Driver to provide a mass storage driver for installation".
    <o:p></o:p>
I have tried every possible file on the Intel 4-seriesUtility DVD as well as downloading every file available for my motherboard fromthe Gigabyte website but nothing works.
    <o:p></o:p>
It is a single HDD (no raid) connected with sata cable thatcame with MB and MB recognizes the HDD so it must be a setting or driver issueright?

I need to add another fact to this issue.
I am trying to install an OEM version of Windows 7 (64 bit) but also tried to install Windows Vista (64 bit) and both operating systems do the same thing.

    Update:

I downloaded Western Digital’s “Data Lifeguard Diagnostics” dos program to a bootable CD and booted into DOS from the CD and scanned the hard drive. There are no errors on the hard drive.

Not getting a response from Gigabyte customer support either so I'll keep searching for an answer.

Issue resolved. Had to format empty disk in diskpart command prompt.
