I mean what does it take to fix the cold boot problem.

The ram is rated for 1.6v but monitor shows it's only 1.58.
Currently at 1400 it should be OK but at 1600 better give it all it needs.
    Hardware monitor ITE IT87
    Voltage 0 1.31 Volts [0x52] (CPU VCORE)
    Voltage 1 1.58 Volts [0x63] (VIN1) <--------- DRAM Voltage
    Voltage 2 3.30 Volts [0xCE] (+3.3V)
    Voltage 3 5.05 Volts [0xBC] (+5V)
    Voltage 5 -12.35 Volts [0xC1] (-12V)
    Voltage 6 -0.96 Volts [0xF] (-5V)
    Voltage 7 3.63 Volts [0x87] (+5V VCCH)
    Voltage 8 3.28 Volts [0xCD] (VBAT)
    Temperature 0 42C (107F) [0x2A] (TMPIN0)
    Temperature 1 41C (105F) [0x29] (TMPIN1)
    Temperature 2 49C (120F) [0x31] (TMPIN2)
    Fan 0 1291 RPM [0x20B] (FANIN0)
    Fan 3 1239 RPM [0x221] (FANIN3)

    Got it.
    Thanks

    P. S. After a cold boot problem I'm going back to BIOS, F12 (load saved settings), save and restart the system.

So what could be a problem in your personal opinion? Not enough Vcore o something else?

I would think it's related to the PSU but could be the board.
I know my previous board would do a double boot after it was disconnected from the power, though it would boot fine the secomd time and no red warning.
I never disconnect my PC from the power in normal use.

So, adjusting the voltages Vcore etc. would be a waste of time for me?

Not nesessarlly. The board may handle the problem with the increased voltages and lower BCLK.
    Worth a shot.
