    is this normal for bios to detect 1.6v in bios

    yes you are fine at 1.6 do not worry about it you are fine


    1.6 is the profile set in the memory by corsair

    is this normal for bios to detect the higher voltage.. 0.1v above standard

    PC2008, yes that is normal for voltages to be a little more or less than what you (Or Auto) set, adjust higher or lower and then check again if it concerns you.
