    What Bios are you using?

What controller are these drives connected to the Intel controller?

When you created the 4tb raid0 array did it say under status that it was bootable?

From what I can tell bios F8m or newer is needed to support 3tb+

I currently have 4 2tb samsung drives in raid 10 as a storage drive. If I wanted to I could install windows.

One day a hard-drive will fail and you will lose all the 6TB.

How does the raid or battery are going to protect you from disk failure?

    GA-X58A-UD9 - F6c
    GA-X58A-UD7 - F9a
    GA-X58A-UD7 (2.0) - FD11

    GA-X58A-UD5 - F8a
    GA-X58A-UD5 (2.0) - FF1
    GA-X58A-UD3R - F8a
    GA-X58A-UD3R (2.0) - FH1
    GA-X58-USB3 - F5a

If you have a X58A-ud7 rev 1 the latest bios available is F9a If its a Rev2 then FD11. There is no F12 for any ud7.

The fact that it says its not bootable is the problem. First verify what exact motherboard you have then flash to the correct bios. If you flash with Qflash you might get a error that the bios file size is to large. you will need to flash the bios with @bios in windows. Make sure you get the latest version of @bios before flashing.

Ok.... So are you still having trouble or did you get it working???? If you are still having trouble I would still recommend you update to the latest beta bios. Also you may want to try a modded bios that has the updated intel raid rom for better raid support. If you need a link let me know and ill dig it up for you.
