    It's auto - It was 9 until I switched the kits into their own channels.

    IBT outright failed twice in a row with these settings. Should I start bumping the FSB down until I find something that works?
    I've moved back to the previous working settings for the moment (stock CPU, 333MHz, DRAM 1333 8-8-8-24 @ 1.8V)

    About a year ago when I knew almost nothing about this, I tried FSB400 (3.2GHz) with 1066 DRAM, and it was stable as a rock, though all my voltages were all auto. I got rid of it fairly quickly once I noticed my temps maxing out around 92C.

    Try increasing MCH Core one notch, then lower CPU Ratio to 7.5 see if those help, if not try to lower FSB.

    IBT still failed when lowering the ratio, so I set it back to 8 and started lowering the FSB by 5 at a time. IBT passed but Prime95 failed after an hour at 350.

    Those are the values I'm on right now. I've only had the chance to run Prime95 for a couple of hours so far though.

    It said FFT type-2 720K, I didn't write the other numbers down. I was doing the Blend test.

    There is a log, results.txt in Prime95 directory, you can trace it in it.

    Try to repeat the 356FSB with MCH Reference 0.74, or 0.72 is 0.74 fail. MCH Core 1.24-1..26v.
    Run Customized Prime95 for 720k first then try the IBT.
    Run Prime95, select custom, enter 720 in both min and max FFT, enter 30 minutes to run each test, and run.

    Note that MCH/CPU Reference values are for 1.2 VTT(CPU Termination) and scale with it. If you changed VTT, set it back to 1.2v before making changes then restore the value you want to set.

    EDIT: try the above with CPU Ratio 7.5 first then try 8 if they pass.

    Little mixed up here, are you saying I need to make sure CPU term is 1.2V, make the changes, then let it scale on its own?

    edit: OK I'll try that again:
    If I change the MCH or CPU Ref I need to make sure the CPU VTT is 1.2V so it scales properly, then restore the VTT that I wanted?
    I assume this doesn't matter if I was already at 1.2V?

    With MCH Ref at both 0.74 and 0.72V, one core failed on Prime95 in the first 5 seconds. 0.72V gave me a hard reset right afterward.
    Out of curiosity I tried MCH Ref back at 0.76V and bumped the MCH Core to 1.280V, also failed after 5 secs.

    I've rolled back to the settings in post #13.
