    Got this errors with memtest86:
    GA-X58A-UD3R (rev.2) instable-foto0546a-jpg

Will test the modules again 1 by 1.
I did already test is with memtest86+ and nothing seemed to be wrong.
But running Ubuntu on less RAM crashed as well, probably on the module that is signed as bad with memtest86.

You could have one or more faulty sticks? Try just one stick in one white slot and test for errors,it will take time but go through each stick just to make sure all are ok,if you come across any sticks that throw up errors put them to one side, then install all the good sticks and retest

Any bad/faulty modules you can rma them

Still could be not enough qpi/vtt voltage that's throwing up errors? What amount of less ram and what voltage did you test with that gave those errors?

Did test all the 24Gb of ram at qpi/vtt 1.41v and DRAM Voltage of 1.540v
After i got those errors i did put the voltage down again to 1.175v and still similar errors on the 23Gb range.
Did then remove all the sticks and added those of slots ddr3_5 and ddr3_6(as i think one of it is the bad one) into slots ddr3_1 and ddr3_3. It is testing again with 1.175v but until now no errors.
Will test other modules as well.

So with 3 slots filled its 12gb ram? 1.175v won't be enough for 12gb either,I would set qpi/vtt to atleast 1.35v for 12gb,might need more, then test,if no errors remove/replace with other 12gb keep same voltages and test,if no errors add all 24gb but try with 1.45-1.5v qpi/vtt might need even more as I've never tested or tried with 24gb of ram

Problem was indeed faulty RAM. Did return them to suplier and new set of 24Gb RAM is working faultlessly.
No configurations needed in BIOS, just made use of the auto detect and it is running stable for months since

Thanks for the update. Sorry to hear you had bad ram, but glade you got it working now.

So you have qpi/vtt set to AUTO? I would strongly suggest not using AUTO as it tends to over volt. You should really set qpi/vtt manually and stress test all 24gb of ram with either Prime95 or LinX at max ram to ensure they system is stable.
