    My spec:
    Motherboard GA-EP43-DS3
    CPU Q8300 2.50 GHz
    Memory 2x2Gb Kingston Hyperx 1066MHz
    Gaphic card Gigabyte 550TI
    Please help for 3.0 ghz. Thanks.

    Can you please attach a CPU-Z text report(About tab -> Save Report (.TXT))?
    What kind of CPU and case cooling do you have?

    I have intel Q8300 with Sunbeam Core-Contact Freezer cpu coller. My case is Cooltek K2 Rev. C with 3*120 case fans. Thanks for your answer and please scuse my english.

    Have you tried running the memory at 1066 yet?
    Lets try increasing FSB to 400 MHz first, then OC the CPU and memory.
    Load optimized defaults, make any changes needed(disk boot order, AHCI/IDE, etc.) reboot, renter BIOS -> M.I.T and make the following changes
