Not sure on amd systems, but on gigabytes bios look for spd system multiplier and set to manual and choose 8x/10x/12x untill you see 1866mhz or close to it, if its different then read your mb manual,it should explain on how to set up ram speed

These modules are for P67/Z68 chipsets so good luck.
    Code:
     Set Memory	Clock[Manual]
     Memory Clock	x9.33

     DDR3	Timing	Items	[Manual]
    1T/2T Command Timing	Auto
    CAS# latency 9
RAS to CAS R/W Delay	10
    Row Precharge Time	9
    Minimum RAS Active Time	28
You may need to increase DDR3 Voltage Control and/or CPU NB VID Control.
For ram you can safely increase voltage up to 1.575v/
As of the CPU NB VID Control I don't know but it used to be not more then 1.35v for Phenom/Athlon CPUs.
Only increase voltages if needed and use lowest values possible.

If you want you can try to use it. You may want to go into BIOS setup. Navigate to Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.) , and make changes to what you see in red below. This should just change the multiplier.

    Code:
