    Default Overclock ga-ep45-ud3p, q6600 and 8gb ddr2 800mhz

    Hello to all,

I have been trying to get my Q6600 to go to 3.4 ghz or higher. when i do overclock and boot back into windows, apps are slow and hard disk speeds drops to like 12mb/s as oppose to 50 or 60 when i was backing up stuff. Now, frustrated like hell, i have reset my settings to optimized defaults. I have the latest f10 bios. What are the optimal settings to reach 3.4ghz with stability? Thanks for all your input.

Please post your settings using the template in this post.
Optimal settings vary from system to system you'd have to find yours.
What CPU cooler do you have, and case/cooling.

How did u make the Clock Skews? Those would be the last to copy from another system, if you did copy them set them to 0.
Having you system specs in your forum signature can help, inluding memory model/part number and possibly link to specs on manufacturer web site.
