Begin with one click lower MCH reference, then try the CPU reference

EDIT: I am very confident you will make proggress.
After you have stable enough settings reboot and set the in BIOS.
ET6 shows all reference values as at 1.2v VTT.

Just a note on my temps.
Room temp up a bit today but this is at system and GPu idle before and after GPU fan maxed.

Deafty, From your HWMonitor screenshot, it looks like your cpu heatsink fan has smart fan control enabled. Even though your cpu temps are fine, try running your cpu fan at full speed all the time by disabling cpu smart fan control. This should help a bit with overall airflow inside your case and this should also provide somewhat better cooling for other motherboard components.

Try a quick test with LoadLine Calibration disabled. Normal vdroop with LLC disabled is about 0.06 volts. You would need to increase cpu vcore by 0.06 - 0.70 volts to "break even". With high overclocks, some claim that their systems are not stable with LLC disabled. LLC is a double edged sword, it does allow you to run with lower cpu vcore, but it can contribute to instability, such as the random BSOD at idle with highly overclocked systems.

So far, experimenting with Prime95 Blend tests and references have yielded the following:

    Testing build:
    489x9, MCH Core 1.240, VCore 1.37500, VTT 1.22, CPU PLL 1.59

    Tests:
MCH Reference 0.74 (retest to repeat failure yet again)
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    MCH Reference 0.72
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    MCH Reference 0.70
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

Then I set MCH Reference to 0.72 and performed the following tests...

    CPU Reference 0.78500:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.80000:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.81500:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.83000:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.74500:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.73000:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.71500:
    Prime95 Blend: Fail

I will now change MCH Reference to 0.74 (back to original setting) and perform the same CPU Reference tests, unless there are other suggestions. I will check back periodically. All failures were on 720k (same as last night).

As I recall, with dual core (NOT Quad) processors, the manually set MCH and CPU reference settings are set lower than the standard 0.760 value (with VTT = 1.20). With VTT then reset to the desired value, the auto-adjusted reference values in the bios display might then be higher or lower than the default 0.760 value.

Oh he's not a n00b ya know, besides making changes with ET6 will always show the value for 1.2v VTT.

    @Jake
If CPU References fail on 0.74 MCH reference try 1.24v VTT.

I made these changes using ET6, so I gave the reference values in regards to their stock setting, rather than my current VTT.

I've tried the following tests, continuing from last update:

    MCH Reference @ 0.74...

    CPU Reference 0.78500:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.80000:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.81500:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.83000:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.74500:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.73000:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.71500:
    Prime95 Blend Test: Fail

    CPU Reference 0.70000:
BSOD (19) before I was able to run Prime95. (I went on forums quickly to check in, in between tests).

I will now increase VTT to 1.24 and begin testing.

If 1.24v 0.74/0.72 MCH reference with all CPU references don't do it try one click higher MCH Core, then 200ps CPU clock skew.
