Wow, now it's looking pretty small in comparison to your old one!

Got home and Prime95 was still running blend test - max temps reached were 74C and 72C. New cooler will come in tomorrow, so it will be play time again

Just remember to be very careful when you take the board out. Ground yourself as often as possible.
It has two stripes to to pad the fan, you have one shot with those, I ruind the 1st.

Yes it's smaller compared to the Mugen 2, and easier to install (i had rev. 1, rev. 2 may be easier to install).

    New cooler installed... WOW!!

I ran a short FFT for 10 minutes and hit temps of only 49C and 48C. Then I just switched to 412x8.5 for 3.5Ghz, and max temps after 4 minutes are 49C and 49C. Can't believe how much a difference it's made.

Yes that what coolers are for LOL, how are IBT temps and GFlops?

EDIT: What memory multiplier are you using?

I'm still at 2.66D. I switched to 3.60Ghz and it BSOD at the beginning of windows boot (forgot to photo which code it was). Then I restarted, backed down to 3.55 and everything is stable right now. Will run IBT and GFlops in a couple hours - friend of mine is over and wants to LAN for BF-BC2, should give me a chance to give it a good test run with that.

It's quite amazin you did the 3.5GHz, that puts the ram at DDR-1096 which is much higher mune would do and with higher voltaege.
You need to find a lower memory mulriplier to go with higher FSB, 2.40B work for most. Yhis may require a higher tRD.
    What was the BSOD code?
Since you can run IBT now without fear, do this as first test. I a good indication if there's enough vcore(GFlops/failure) and quick rough stress test(falure/BSOD).
Try IBT with 3.5GHz, estimated GFlOps ~24.4, if they are significantly lower (-0.2 GFlops or more) increase vcore.

EDIT for 3.55GHz GLops expected to be ~24.7.

I actually ended up running IBT with the previously mentioned setting (3.55 Ghz) and this is what happened:

I'll switch over to 2.40B right now, and also back to 3.50 Ghz.

WOW 3.55GHz and SMM 2.66D that's DDR-1111, we have the same memory and mine refuse to run DDR-1090 and higher, I need to try lower voltage maybe.
Seems like enough vcore for 3.55GHz so maybe try higher.

    Here's another 2 IBT tests, both at 418 x 8.5:

    at SMM 2.66D:

    at SMM 2.40B:

I'm guessing I should keep it at 2.40B, given the stability result from IBT at 2.66D. Should I now bump it up to 4.6?

Actually, looking back on that I notice that, in 2.40B, I'm set back down to 333x8.5. It must've had trouble rebooting, and reverted back to that clock. I tried resetting it to 418x8.5, and then 400x8.5 -- no luck with either. I had to set the SMM back to 2.66D to get stability back.
