when updating the bios using q-flash, can i put a usb flash drive into a usb 2 or 3 port go to the bios update page and download the new update directly to the usb flash drive or should a create a new folder on the desktop and name it say bios update #1 and download the update to that file and then send it to the usb flash drive? in case you can't tell, this is my first build! lol

the only thing needed on your usb stick is the bios bin. file, download the bios from the website extract it to desktop or usb stick, reboot and press f8 to enter q-flash and it should see your usb stick and bios version

make sure legacy and/or usb storage is enabled in your bios, and make sure that the usb stick is formatted in fat32
