Copy the P35 bios template from http://forums.tweaktown.com/gigabyte...tml#post312040 and use Notepad or any plain text editor to fill in your current bios settings and post your settings. You might need to boot with only one memory module installed.
Please include a link to the exact memory kit on the Kingston website so that we can confirm the settings needed for your memory.

I'm going from memory, these are my P35-DS3L settings for my 8GB HyperX T1 PC2-8500 memory:
    • optimized bios defaults are loaded
    • DDR2 OverVoltage Control = +0.40 for 2.20 volts (my memory is rated for 2.20 - 2.30 maximum voltage)
    • (G)MCH OverVoltage Control = [+0.3V] --> with 4GB of 1066MHz memory, +0.2 should work
Don't exceed the maximum voltage shown on the sticker on your memory module.

If your system is overclocked, additional settings will be required.
Describe in detail what the problems are: Reboot loop? BSOD? System freezing or locking up?

Hello thank you for the quick reply my Kingston memory cards are KHX8500D2T1K2/4G .

I will check if my Gigabyte P35 GS4 are set to spec settings through the information you
    have provided .

I am finding my memory is a lot slower and it has a trouble accessing multiple programs
with semi freezes and then coming back to normal operation after some time .

I also find playing Bluray files through VLC media player the movies stutter which it did not
with the Corsair TXDD10241066 memory .

I used to have X 2 - Corsair TXDD10241066 1GB which ran a lot better than the Kingston
Hyper X of which I am hoping is a setup issue as I have heard back in the day of DDR 2 they
were one of the premium performing brands .

Here are my attached Bios settings .

I could not find some settings which
I gather might be for more premium models .

I'm using the exact same memory.

With your current bios settings, I'm surprised that your system boots and that you aren't reporting BSOD problems.
Did you run any stress tests with your Corsair memory installed? If yes, which tests and for how long.
To avoid confusion, make your posted bios settings look just like what you see in the bios screen where you show what value is to the left and what value you have manually entered. If the setting is not changed, show NORMAL or AUTO, as it's displayed in your bios.

Try the following settings and run Memtest86+ before booting into windows.
Using the default test, run 1 test loop. If there are any errors note the test number that failed and the failing memory address information. If there are no errors, run the #5 test for 10 loops by typing the following keys: c 1 3 5 [ENTER] 0.

Press CTRL + F1 at the main bios screen before you enter the M.I.T. section.

Keep in mind that Memtest86+ is NOT a stress test. It will often find errors when some bios settings lead to errors.
Which tests did you run and how long did you run each test?
Prime95 and HCI Memtest are both excellent tools for stress testing.
Did you try all of the suggested settings from post #5?

With your current settings, is your system performing any better?
Is your system currently freezing at various times?

These are the results I get when using CPUID CPU-Z
I do not know if this is of any value to you but it seems
    to show the timings will not stay at 5 5 5 15 but have changed to 5 5 5 18 .

I have tried all settings on post 5 it rebooted a quite few times until it started.

I still have trouble playing Blurays through VLC media Player when I move slider to
another scene it freezes and will not exit the program .

I have tried all the settings but it seems to reboot quite a few times and set its own bios settings .

I have an understanding in this but no practical knowledge .

This Kingston memory seems to be more trouble than its worth .
