Temps too high to have any serious OC.

Try FSB 333MHz,CPU x8, memory multiplier 2.40B, memory timings and voltage as it's spec, MCH OverVoltage +0.1 if needed, vcore manualy to default or a bit more.
If that works try to set Static tRead to 7-5, start with 7 and try to lower.

It wasn't meant to be any serious OC. Just minor increases.

And i've tried what you said, and yet no result.

Still rebooting when trying to boot.

No need for PCI-E Over voltage.
FSB OverVoltage should not be needed either.
Try with MCH +0.2, and also try with SMM 2.00A (you may have different signs like ~ or + choose the one for 333)

There is a newer beta BIOS from 8/2010 if you wish to try it, in the beta BIOS sticky page 2.

    Sorry, SMM? System Memory Multiplier?

If yes, 2.40 is the right one as used above.

I tried to change MCH to +2.0 and still rebooting.

As well as i tried with SMM at 2.0, same result. Just rebooting.

Will try the newer BIOS now.

I've now tried to update the bios.

And ran it with the settings as you suggested.

    It's just rebooting once again.

It's weird because for the chipset it's just normal FSB.
How high FSB can you get it to run with?

I can run it with no problem at 271, but as soon as i go 272 it reboots.

I find it weird as well, I can do those minor increases which means that it can't be my CMOS Battery. Or am i wrong?
