    Default GA-990FXA-UD5 using 4 DIMMs

Has anyone else experienced problems using 4 memory modules on this board? If I put in all four, the BIOS will not boot to the OS. If I remove two sticks from slot 2 and 4, the board works fine and is perfectly stable.

It depends what speed and size the modules as well the CPU.
Are the modules all the same?
You can try to increase CPU NB VID Control a bit until you are stable, with 1.35v as the higher limmit..

Are you running them at 2133 with spec timings and voltage?

Yup. Profile1 settings. They work flawlessly when only two are installed.

Maybe using lower frequency can help too.
If you have the time can you post results of MaxxMEM² - PreView and MaxxMEM² - PreView - Multi?

They work fine when I use only two sticks. As you can see, only 8GB is represented. I have 16GB I want to use. I will try increasing NB VID, but I believe this is a BIOS problem.

Oh, right I thought they were 4GB kits.
I saw a new beta BIOS for this board was recently posted.
