First of all, LGA1155 platform does not have QPI/Vtt at all (As of why GB decided the naming ask them).
Second, more is not always better, if G.Skill says 1.5v keep it close to this value (more or less).
Best you can do is do the test with 2 modules at a time, at all 4 slots, if one fail test with the other. Slots(or something between them and the CPU) may be defective just as the ram.
You probably need more VCCIO (QPI/VTT per GB) but not too much more, try in the range 1.08-1.12v

I have put the rams in the following slots for testing and paired them by consecutive serial numbers running Memtest86+:

    DDR3_1 + DDR3_2 (dual chan)
    DDR3_3 + DDR3_4 (dual chan)
    DDR3_1 + DDR3_3 (single chan) CH B test
    DDR3_2 + DDR3_4 (single chan) CH A test

    All tests passed.

When I ran the test with all 4 rams slotted it was after the computer was running for the entire day and I ran it overnight.

Since all the errors coming from test #5 you can run this test only, press c, 1, 3, 5, enter, 0.
Ha ve you made the dual-channel tests with all 4 modules, at the slots they are placed when you are using all 4? BTW put each kit in it's own channel, just to be on the safe side.
Can you please post(attach) a CPU-Z text report (CPU-Z -> About tab -> save Report (.TXT)).

I did match the pairs by serial number and they are paired together in a dual channel pairing, but not next to each other in Ch A and Ch B:

    DDR3_1 + DDR3_2 = pair 1
    DDR3_3 + DDR3_4 = pair 2

As a note I did run all 4 again with 2 passes just as a quick test before booting back into windows and 0 errors... hmm

Is that how they came paired?
Profile 2 seems to have more relaxed timings but actually only one is effected.
What voltage settings are you running now?

Running memtes86+ test @5 only can save time.
Also Run Prime95 large FFT in-place and blend torture, those should find errors quick.

I did run test 5 for 4 passes and no errors, not sure if moving the ram around did something, but i will do prime95 with the settings you mentioned later tonight.
