Yes, my cooler has a backplate and u crew into it from top after it's placed.
Not all aftermarket coolers has retention kit, some still use Intel like pins.
Even 68 is too high for stock settings, 75 for sure if it true reading.
What kind of thermal paste do you use?

When blue it means it cannot be changed, either because it depend onother settings, or not enabled at the moment.

That memory may be good or the F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK, no way to tell in advance unless you can find user reviews with the same motherboard.
Unless you plan serious overclocking DDR-800 should be fine.

    Thanks for the ram post
when you sayDDR 800 you mean 800GHz?
under Clock chip control should C.I.A 2 be enabled?
Under advanced settings should C2/C2E state support be enabled?
there is a X next C4/c4e STATE SUPPORT SO THIS CANNOT BE ENABLED

DDR-800 means 800MT/s(mega transfers per second), clock is actually 400MHz.
    800MT/s x 8(bytes/transfer) = 6400MB/s = PC-6400.
DDR2 SDRAM - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Keep C.I.A.2 disabled (at all cost :) )

C3/C4E can be changed only when C2/C2E is enabled. Enabling/disabling this features are up to you. Mine are enabled without stability problems so far.
