    could try cloning the hdd/windows install to your ssd just to see if it boots up when cloned? could still be either ssd problem or mb bios problem

    My friend tested on another ASROCK Extreme4 W Corsair force3 120G SSD, same issue, the SSD not detect
    Suspect the Corsair F/W issue, we will test more

    Hello xRisenx,
    I had this same issue with an X58 Extreme board, it would not recognize the destination drive and wanted a driver for the source drive.
    I ended up installing off a USB memory stick which let me unplug everything but the SSD I was intalling to.

    Good news after my friend erased the MBR partition on Corsair SSD now the SSD can be detected during WIN 7 installation!!
