Default How can I flash EX 58 UD3R rev 1.6 with bios bigger than 2 mb?

Hi.I am trying to flash my mainbord from couple of hours. From one week I was installing system, programs and games on my raid 0 drives. When I was almost at the end my computer reboot and then one of hdds is as non raid drive. After that I wanted to install windows on another hdd( single, not in raid) and try to get my lost data back. Of course at first start of installed system, windows stops loading disk.sys drivers. So right now I am trying to update the bios from usb (ex58ud3r.fk1) . I had formated it with hp usb disk storage format tool and copy boot files on it.
When I am trying with Qflash 2.15 the file size is incorrect (2mb).
When I am trying from Spi Flash bios update 2.13 I have error !!!Bad bios image!!!
I can not update bios from fdd because i dont have it. I can not update bios from windows because I can not install it.

What can I do with it?

You should be able to install windows on a single disk then update the bios with @bios.

When you tried to install windows on the single drive what was the bios set to raid, ahci, or ide?

Try disconnecting all drives except 1 hdd and 1 cd/dvd dive.

Try going into bios and setting optimized defaults and only setting the minimal settings ie memory speed timings and voltage.

What version of windows are you trying to install. Win7 does not need anything to install not even for raid or ahci while using the intel controller.

Try flashing the latest bios before they increased the file size to 2mb.

I install win7 on 2 sata disks on raid0 but raid had crashed. Now when I am installing on single drive( another hdd) after install of windows it stops loading disk.sys. I tried with 3 versions of win 7 (every on other dvd). All computers that I had in my life did not have problems like this one.
I am installing windows on "default" cmos, one ddr block, one hdd and one dvd, that is why I want to change bios to newest one, because maybe it will help.

Ok. I load optimized default and it went ok with the latest 1 mb bios file. After that I load defaults again.
Now I had problem with my dvd that was not seened in bios, but after half hour of play in options it starts to boot.
I install windows like it should be and again it power off at first start. When I start in safe mode I saw that it stops loading system32/disk.sys.
What is wrong? Why I can not install Windows on this mainbord?

What windows are you trying to install? Did you burn the disk yourself?

If you burned it yourself you may need to burn again, but use the slowest burn setting possible, this is always suggested when burning an OS install disk.

If you are trying to install windows XP, the install disk MUST be SP1 or later. If you are trying XP, and are not sure what version you have let me know and I'll show you how to tell.

If you are on a fast internet, you could just download a copy of windows 7 and install it in trial mode without a key and then update your BIOS, then install XP as you intended (SP1 or greater though).

Just in case it is XP, I went ahead and dug up that version info for you, check in this thread for how to tell what type of install disk it is.

Thanks for links. I am installing win 7 64bit/ I have 3 different dvds.
I took out battery for whole night, clear cmos as default and its the same,but... after couple of resets I tried to unplug dvd rom and windows apply disk.sys , but it stops at classpnp.sys.
Now I had format disk at reiser fs and I will try to install from usb dvd rom. If it will not help I will burn new dvd from the website.
