GFlops are not so decent though. My C2D get 26+ (2 cores 2 threads) so you need to get 52 or more.
Make sure the system is idle an no applications running in background. Switch to Windows 7 Basic theme(to disable Aero), Save your theme before you do.
Try with HT disabled and stress level high first, add vcore if still the same, then HT enabled and stress level very high.

yes chike, you have to disable multithreading in the bios to see true gflops, should be around the 60gflop mark

What's true GFlops? HT is made to squeez a bit more performance so they should be higher with HT.
I haven't seen a baseline IBT and I don't know how Bloomfield CPUs do, but I am sure they must be better than C2Q.

Doesn't matter every day use, we are benching to measure CPU strength so we need it accurate as possible.
Disabling HT was suggested just to see if you still get same results, maybe with HT you need even more vcore.
Of course the CPU strength will be shared amongst all apps running.

theres some 1866 reaper ram on ebay gripper, but its 3gb two kits on there of 3gb making 6gb 6 sticks total, 45 roughly each, just disable multithreading and test ibt with 10runs just to see if glops score improves
