Don't set tRC, leave on auto.

Chike, see post #16 and #19, we've went back n forth with settings a few times, there's something he's missing somehow that's why we've wandered away from full settings at the moment.

i will now go and try that with trc set to auto and see what happens
here is the settings i have just tried

Nice, sounds like a little progress is coming along now!

Try manually setting a=59 b=62 c=63 or if that doesn't help a=60 b=62 c=64 (For your overclock I mean), if setting tRC auto doesn't sort it out for you.

Also, try leaving IOH Core to Auto, sometimes this helps too!

Since XMP does work at stock I'd try that first, XMP profile1, SMM 10 all timings, QPI/VTT and DRAM Voltage auto.

ok i changed those settings and it bsod as loading windows
when i went back to bios i did notice that the rtl was 70,73,75

it just doesnt want to know that x10 memory multiplier
i even tried a small bclk of 145 with a x24 so the memory would run at 1500 but that didnt work

Can you run 1600 with bclk 133 and manual settings?

it doesnt seem to want to and i just tried it with the expert setting on timing or auto and either way it failed to boot, restarted and reset
but tried again with profile 1 xmp and that all still works
also tried the settings in your previous post and bsod
    and the same with lsd's
i did manage to get the error code tho 0x0000001e from bsod

Profile onw works when? With all other settings auto?
Can you post screen capture of EasyTune(Tuner -> Advanced -> Voltage tab) with those settings?

It helps to see what everything is actually set to. Make sure you download the version that's compatible for your board.
Meanwhile try to set QPI link speed to x44(that sets it about the same as x36 @ 160 bclk) and see if you can still boot.
