Is that with XMP profile enabled? Interesting, why was it set to 1.435v then? Did I mention a CPU-Z text report may be for a help?

I would stay with this and leave memory for later if you still wish to play with it.
Memory performance don't make that big difference like CPU OC does.

with the xmp profile1 enabled it showed that in easytune but i think i read that when it had reset
shall i reinput those settings with xmp and see what that profile qpi is?
and will add my spec if i can

    thanks

My ram does the same thing. XMP profile only sets vdimm does not set qpi/vtt. Auto's value is just a guestment. See what Auto sets then just keep lowering untill the system is not stable.

Best thing to do is with bclk set to 133 and play with the memory multi and see what qpi/vtt is being set for each ram speed. Just remember to make sure to keep uncore at least 2x memory. Then set memory to lowest setting and start raising bclk then you can get the feeling of how much qpi/vtt is needed just for the bclk. Then you can start adding in the memory again and see what you qpi/vtt is needed for that bclk +memory/uncore.

You really gotta get a feel for your cpu. Need to learn what it likes and does not like.

the cpu with mem multiplier on auto will clock up to 4.6(that was at 1.4v but didnt try to get voltage down as just wanted to see if it would clock ok) with no worries in everyday stuff but gets too hot with intel burn test but is stable

with a 3.6 the voltage is 1.25 and seems stable day in day out with top temp under intel burn at 72deg

have retried to manually use the settings that xmp uses with the same or more voltage on cpu and qpi/vtt and if it does just get into windows it will bsod

but overall i would like a 3.6 to 4.0ghz overclock with ram running at full 1600 linked with 10x mem multiplier

You looking at it the wrong way. Just because someone wrote on a sticker 1600 it dosen't mean it will work at 1600 with every CPU at any settings. It could be the CPU, BIOS, or just compatibility issue with this specific memory.

4GHz with DDR-1400 will give you much better overall performance than 3.6GHz with DDR-1600
