    Hmm thanks profJim. I'll look into that again since I gave up on it after a few installs/uninstalls and left it at that.

    Anyways, an update.

    Seems like I am about stable..Prime stable at least. Passed 24hrs of large FFTs after some tweaking and now running blend. Load temps peaked at 69c. IBT will not run at 100% load consistently on maximum but it was fine when I entered in a custom value (7,100) and did a complete x10 run successfully with 56.8-57GFlops.

    Anyways, here are the settings right now. Once I get a long enough blend run, I plan on either dropping the vcore, mch and vtt or upping the FSB a little more.

    Looks good to me except the high MCH core.
    69c is with IBT load?
    No need to run IBT on max, 2048 should be enough (and fast) 4096 more than enough.436*2.4

    If lowering FSB can help lower MCH core and maybe squeez another 100MHz CPU I'd go for that, and if you can use the 2.50A multiplier(I cannot) than it may be even faster.

    Yeah I'm hoping I can drop the vcore and MCH core down 1 notch though it feels like the vtt is right where it's at for me.

    IBT came in at 77c.

    I tried the 2.50A strap momentarily again without much success though I'm certainly going to look into it again now.

    I meant 2.50A at lower FSB. At 437 it wil result DDR-1092 and the CPU will be at 4151.
    But even if you cannot use the 2.50A multi I think it's preffered to have more 100MHz CPU, if possible of course.

    A little update :) Just spent the last few days on Prime95 and tweaking the settings. 24hrs+ on small, large and blend with no errors at 450x9. Temps peak at 69c.

    This is about as tight as I can get it. It seems that my UD3P is far more predictable with the settings, whereas many others were able to achieve stability by lowering some of the settings and increasing them actually caused issues, my setup is power hungry.

    I did attempt to increase the FSB to 455 and managed to pass over 24hrs of small FFTs (@ 1.36875 vcore) but would fail large FFTs despite changes to the MCH core, vtt, vcore and reference adjustments. It feels like the 8GBs of RAM is holding me back and unless I'm feeding a ton of volts to get over the hump I'm probably going to have to drop 4GBs to proceed. Not quite worth it to get an extra 100-150MHz. I'm going to try my luck at getting the 2.50A strap going again if possible. Either way I'm quite satisfied with the results thus far.

    With all the waiting I actually ended up OCing my E6600 on the what I thought was a crappy Asus mobo. Priming away at 340x9, and if stable would be a nice little 660MHz bump :)

    Only up to 1.9v as it didn't seem to make any discernable difference under stress testing. Should I bump it all the way up to 2v? The higher I had the MCH core the longer it would run Prime before erroring out. At 1.4, it was about my limit but I would be willing to go higher if deemed safe :/

    I can afford to continue to tinker with this system so I'm sure I'll be revisiting it.

    No 1.9 should have been enough. You could try and loosen tRD though.
    Temps are already high enough so maybe it is better to leave things as they are.
