Yes, I do think I'd be able to sort it out if I was there, that's all I meant. So, no 2GB sticks you can test with? Try to borrow some from a friend or from work, before you send anything off for RMA. I'd just hate to see you send of the board or CPU, or both and it end up being a memory issue.
no both those options are not available. well can't i memtest86+ and find out?
run all 24gb sticks with memtest86+ overnight?

Odds it's not "just" a memory issue, given the fact the machine was working for a while before problem developed.
IMO it is better to send the CPU and board for nothing than trying to solve a non-existing memory problem for weeks just to find in the end an RMA would solve the issue.

Now we are getting somewhere I think! Please test each stick one by one in the first white slot closest to the CPU.

Use custom test in Memtest86+, using Test 5 or 7 as they are the hardest on the memory so you'll be able to find which sticks are bad quickest. The bad ones should show up fairly quickly, within 5-10 passes on test five. If it's not erroring and you are using one you know should error, use test 2 or 7 instead, but 5 or 7 should be the ones to bring the errors out the fastest.

Here's how to run tests by number, you do this >>>
    1. First press C

    2. then 1

    3. then 3

    4. and finally select the test that you want to run

    5. press Enter

    6. and then 0 to get it running

    Press C
