i keep lookin for what else we, or I, have changed to explain this, lol.........maybe disabling c states, the pch increase maybe ?.....

II don't believe it has 0.5 multies so that may be CPU-Z glitch.
If you enabled LLC that addes some 0.025-0.05v to what you see in CPU-Z, quite a difference.
    Could be the CPU PLL.
You first raised VTT to 1.41v when it failed at 200MHz bclk, I thought you lowered it after though.
Or it could be the states, which have you disabled?

hmmmm............with dvid dropped to .0625, got a temperature spike to 90, windows and computer shut down (i may have set it for that as a safeguard)..........seems odd to me that dropping the DVID = voltage drop, would cause a temperature spike.........lemmie reboot and see if i can duplicate that.............if so, i guess put the dvid back to the last safe linx tested setting of .06875 (which is only ONE notch, haha) , maybe test that setting.........and then to try dropping vtt a notch at a time ........

Never disable thermal monitor and prochot, turn them back on.

Disabling one of the states or eist or both may have disabled turbo I am not sure I read something about it.

EDIT: try enabling states and eist one by one and after reboot check MIT current status to see that turbo multi is no more than 22, see which one make it go to 24 with 2 core and 26 with one core.
