    Dear community,

I want to use a 3TB disk on an old EP35-DS4 rev 2.1 board. With the current available bios this can't be achieve. The latest official bios for my board is F6 and the latest beta is F7d . Can anyone please update this version with the latest RST and if possible also the Jmicron and Realtek? I understand that booting from a >2TB disk won't be possible (because no uefi), but I just want to use it as a secondary drive. I would be very grateful.

    Many many thanks!

Here's your BIOS mod with RAID ROM 12.7.0.1936 : EP35-DS4 F7d mod, but I couldn't put another ROM because not enough space .

    Thank you!

What are the consequences for not having enough space for the other ROMs? Some components will not work? For my purpose Intel RST from version 10.5 will do the job. Maybe that one is smaller than the latest 12.7 version?

I'd tried but RAID ROM from 10.5 to 12.7 are much bigger than the RAID ROM 8.9.1.1002 included in F7d (RAID ROM rise from 80k to 120k, previous 10.1.0.1008 stays small but i don't think it support >2TB drives)... and Realtek LAN ROM 2.55 is also bigger than the 2.09 included in F7d... so...
