Hello people, a question about the new intel RST drivers..

I flash my x79 ud3 whit the stasio bios mod2 f14 right.. And the bios have the 12.7.0.1936 RST rom. BUT, i see many people have problem whit this driver and intel release the RST 12.7.1.1000 and this version perform very well..!

My question is, can i install the 12.7.1.1000 whit the f14 mod 2 bios..?

    Thank!

PS. for now i have the rst 12.5.x.xxx (latest release on intel website)

I did a lighter new splash logo to increase space in BIOS, this logo provides a unique F16c modified BIOS for both Z77X-UD5H rev 1.0 and 1.1 with all lastest ROM and Ácode (therefore relative to mod5 only logo changes)... tested !

    GA-Z77X-UD5H F16c mod6 (rev 1.0 and 1.1)

    With :

Intel Legacy RAID for SATA - 12.7.0.1936
Intel UEFI RAID SataDriver - 12.7.0.1936
    ME Firmware 8.1.30.1350
    Atheros PCIE Ethernet Controller 2.0.6.6
    Atheros PCIE Ethernet Controller 2.1.1.5
Intel PCI Accelerated SVGA BIOS 2158 PC 14.34
Intel Boot Agent GE 1.5.35 PXE 2.1 Build 092
    Marvell 88SE91xx Adapter - ROM Version 1.0.1.0025
    Sandy (06A7) CPU-MicroCode Rev.29
    Ivy E1(06A9) CPU-MicroCode Rev.19
    Modified splash logo

Here's this new splash logo :
    GIGABYTE Modified Bios-splash_mod-jpg

For those who prefer the new logo , i do the same for GA-Z77X-UD3H Bios F20a mod2 (identical to the bios mod1)... tested too !

    Hey all,

Wondering if I could get some help with my post from a couple days back?

    Thanks!

TLDR: Me and my friends Z77-UD5H v1.1 can't boot off of flash/thumb driver with the ssd plugged in. No matter how the boot sequence is configured in the bios, it ignores bootable thumbs. Even pressing f12 at boot and selecting the thumb wont boot it. Thoughts?
