done, flash F16c beta orig. with me 8.1.30, meinfo = 8.1.30, flash F16 final with mod, meinfo = 8.1.40, it's OK, what is your problem ? do you make a joke or what, hahaha

I have many things to learn from Stasio, Fernando, JZ, NoJuan999, μcode and many others... I am much more interested in your approach rather than copy / paste chunks of bits, and I do not think I can guess what you did just comparing BIOS ... but I look upon it, thank you.

EDIT: No YOU where right. The Mod Bios at Post 2, stated to be your mod is really not the same as the one you posted here. When I flash the one you point to the ME Firmware really is updated!

I am sorry for the missunderstanding. I hope the Moderator will put the right file at post 2 to avoid more misstakes.
I am not allowed to touch a bit of Morpheus67's bios, just do a zip by adding the usual text file. "mod" is mine while "mod2" is by morpheus67.

No, but a bit confused. Se the explanation here.

Thank you for being persistent, and checking. You seemed so sure so I also tested again this time downloading directly from your link. And you actually made it. Please forgive me and I hope I can put out the fire with a

I checked it 2 times and you can compare these 2 links yourself with HxD editor : the BIOS mod2 in OP and the BIOS from morpheus67's link are strictly identical.
Also i tried this mod this afternoon and it works perfectly for me .

So the conclusion I come to, and I am not happy about it, is I clicked the wrong link and downloaded Mod 1.

I really messed it up this time and one would think that I should not try doing Bios-upgrades if I canít click as on a webpage. I will go to sleep now and hope that tomorrow will be a day with fewer mistakes.

    Sorry virtualfred and morpheus67!

    So, I'm a bit confused.

    I have z77xud5h_mod6.16c.

Are we going back in versions?

Is this Mod version better than 16C Mod 6?
