Yes, but with f3 i do not have any problems. It is flawless. F2 is little...buggy.

Really, according to Intel Management Engine: Drivers, Firmware and Tools. it is compatible with the Z87.
Would you stick to v9.0.31.1487?

@P4Spooky
Can you please modify Gigabyte X48-DS5 ? I tried without success to make a dummy module (and bricked a board along the way ...).
Bios link: http://download.gigabyte.eu/FileList...48-ds5_f8c.exe

Thank you

UPDATE:

I managed to make a dummy module with F8H BIOS, and added Intel 12.7.0.1936 update (mostly by comparing P4Spooky work on X48-DQ6).
Tested and running fine with 3 Tb Seagate NAS HDD in mirror RAID.

Thank you all

I have got a strange problem with my fan settings. I updated to mod bios F9 and flashed the MEI FW ME_9.0.31.1487 as recommended and i use MEI driver 10.0.25.1006.
After coming from standby HWMonitor shows 128C CPU Temp ans the GB SIW (B14.0429.1) shows 0 C Cpu Temp. My CPU Fan setting is not changeable anymore and remains at this setting.
This does not happen if i flash the MEI FW. The stock MEI FW at mod bios is 9.0.30.1482. Any clues why this happens?

stasio, I'm hoping you can help me out. I just bought a P67A-UD7 (the original recalled board). I'm hoping to use BIOS from the -B3 revision or Z68. I read a lot of the XS Z68X/P67A-UD7 Club thread, but the B2 to B3 links aren't working (both 91.121.148.119 and myflare.com links ) and I'm not sure about the process.
From what you posted, sounds like I must use @BIOS and not QFlash, set Optimized Defaults, Disable G and eSATA, untick Load CMOS Default and after I should reflash the backup with ALT+F12 and later clear the CMOS? (then update to ME Firmware 8.1.51.1471 )
Could you please link the B2 to B3 BIOS (F3h right?) or whatever P67 or Z68 BIOS you recommend for overclocking/stability? Thanks for your time and any help you can provide.

"Any clues why this happens?"......you try to be hero.....
I posted earlier that fan speed are affected also.
So,now flash again non modded (original) BIOS with @BIOS or in DOS (not Q-Flash).
Check in BIOS if your fans works as set.

Edit:
try to clear_CMOS.

So,which BIOS you want?.......Rev.B2=>B3......or B2=>Z68..?

Edit:

P67A-UD7-B2 => Z68X-UD7 - F11a

-F11a - unlocked IVB multiplier but can't change BCLK
Try to flash ME Firmware 8.1.52.1496 ,so maybe can change BCLK.
(ME Firmware inside is 8.0.0.1351)
