Bigfoot PCIE Ethernet Controller 2.1.1.1 to 2.1.1.5
    Intel GOPdriver 5.0.1036 to 5.0.1037
    CPU Microcode (with 06C317)
    ME firmware 9.0.30.1482
    Modified splash logo 2

    Note:
MEI 9.0.31.1487 (Firmware) flash yourself in Windows mode.

    is 06C319 required for 4790k? I know the F10a mod for OC-Force had 06C317

    I don't thinks so......ASRock Z87M-OC Formula running 4790k with 06C317....BIOS from last year.
06C319 is mostly for new Pentium.

Thanks man :D i know the bios is modified to allow devils canyon sure hope the support works correctly and gives all oc options, 4790k here i come :)
you also dont happen to know what was added/changed between F8 and F9 currrent bios i am using is F7g modified.
hope these are better :D as F7g is giving me issues sometimes my graphics card will not operate correctly between reboots as the bandwidth gets saturated for some reason making the card operate at a slower speed like its stuck in PCi express 2.0 4x lol and rebooting sometimes most of the time fixes it.., also can this bios be flashed directly from the motherboard using Qflash.

As stated in GB web page..BIOS F8 and above should be flashed with latest efiflash.exe (@BIOS ) included in the zip file.
    GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-Z87X-OC (rev. 1.x)

    My mod don't include efiflash.exe.
