    (1) The PC has to be off.
    (2) Press and hold down the power button. Don't let go.
    (3) The PC will turn on. A few seconds later, the PC will turn off again by itself.
    (4) Let go of the power button at this point.

Next start, the backup BIOS will take over.

Next start = black screen, the back-up BIOS didn't take over. Nothing changed.

I found other method: connecting 4-7 pins on the m-bios chip. I'll try it later.

    Btw, why is this happened?

    Exclamation Re: GIGABYTE Modified Bios

I have a GA-Z87X-OC motherboard and I wanted to know if there was any way to have the option to modify the fan curve in bios or, at the very least, an option to set the minimum fan speed. My problem is that I have 2 x 120mm 3-pin fans for my cpu heatsink, but plugging it into the white cpu header and the black opt header doesn't work, using a y-cable on the white one just makes the fans go at 100% all the time, and using the y-cable on the the black opt has the fans turning on/off at lower temperatures. So far using the y-cable on the black opt gives me the best result, but it's not ideal because the fans constantly turn on/off, which is probably not good for them and bugs the hell out of me. So I figure that if I can modify the fan curve in bios or something I could make this work. If there is a better method to get my 2 x 120mm 3-pin fans to run at the same speed and ramp up/down with the cpu temperature, please, PLEASE let me know!
