I have GA-Z68XP-UD3P with F7 BIOS. Can I flash this BIOS to my board or first need flash U1G(UEFI BIOS) thеn this modified BIOS?
To flash by @BIOS or other?
My board come with ME 7.1.20.1119, now I update to 7.1.80.1214, and this BIOS have ME 8.x. Is this normal? Will my board work good?

Must flash U1G from GB web page with FlashEfi (included in BIOS.zip file), then modified BIOS (Q-Flash; @BIOS; FlashEfi).

Original UEFI BIOS U1G has ME fw 8.0.0.1351.

Other ROM's you can update easy with UBU 1.45.8
