    Manufacturer: Gigabyte
    Model: GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI
    BIOS Type: AMI UEFI
    BIOS Revision: F4n

Intel RAID for SCU (SAS) updated to 3.2.0.1022
Intel RAID for SATA updated to 3.5.0.1005

Click here to download the modified F4n UEFI BIOS

Use at own risk! Be warned! I am not liable for anything, and by downloading and using this UEFI BIOS you assume any and all responsibility implicit or explicit. For example, if the Earth explodes, or your computer catches fire, or simply does not boot, it's your own fault Enjoy!

Took maters into my own hands and tried to modify my BIOS and it looks good so far. Will try to update the LAN and AHCI ROMS next. Can somebody point me to the exact LAN files needed (RealTek 2.50), I've downloaded them from realtek's site but there is 2 folders and each have multiple files inside them and I'm not entirely sure about which one(s) to use.

    I followed this guide:

    First page updated with...

    Realtek LAN ROM 2.51

    @NiklasA

Go here Realtek Scroll down to the DOS section.

Download the PXE and RPL ROM code.

Open up the bin folder and use rtegrom.lom. You can rename it to rtegrom251.lom to keep track of version number.

Side note I should be back on full city power sometime later today.

    Thanks. :)

Updated with the latest realtek lan rom as well now.

    GA-P67A-UD3P-B3 Bios F9 MOD
    Updated with...
    Intel RAID Rom: 11.6.0.1702
    Realtek Lan Rom: 2.51

    P7AUD3P3_11.6.0.1702_2.51.F9

Tried updating the AHCI ROM to Intel® AHCI ROM 1.20E (23.03.2010) before that but that was a no go. The old ROM was left in the BIOS file for some reason so I ended up with having both the old and the new AHCI ROM in the BIOS, might try it again at a later point.

Just to clarify, I am using the latest version myself, with both the RAID ROM and the LAN ROM updated and so far so good. :)

Thank you both for the new BIOS and also fixing my error concerning the PXE part. Much appreciated. Will test and report back soon.
