    Are 2 modules in each colore slots pair (! & 3, 2 & 4) recognized.
If the answer to one of those is no, please do check the pins in memory slots for bent/broken pins.
You may need also to inspect the CPU socket pins.
You can take a macro pinture of the DIMMs and/or CPU socket and post it here, make sure there is good light and the picture is clear.

EDIT: What do you mean BIOS did not reflect what ET said? Did you make the changes in BIOS or ET?

Made changes to the bios, booted in, et didnt reflect. Rebooted and bios still reflected correctly.

Color pair didn't seem to matter -- only slot 1 and slot 2 were enabled(4 slots total). Pairs didn't matter either, just slot 1 and 2. Ill check tonight probably to see if any of the RAM pins in slot 3 and 4 are bent. Odd thing is, like i mentioned above the computer recognizes 4 slots (4096 in slot 1-4), but only has slot 1 and 2 enabled (line right below that in the BIOS).

Test with one module only in slor 3 then in slot 4 if the both show okm test dual-channel with 2 modules in slots 1 & 3, then slots 2 & 4.
