    Default Overclocking CPU & Memory

    See thread HERE

Im looking to find out HOW to overclock safely without doing harm to my board & CPU.

I DO have the Zalman™ CNPS9900ALED 120mm Ball Bearing Fan

This being one of the most efficient cooling heatsink/fans available to keep the CPU cool... it ALSO blows directly on the DDR3 Corsair™ 16GB Memory modules....

So I suspect that the two (CPU & Memory) are cooled well enough by the Zalman™ to make overclocking safe to a degree.

I just don't know HOW to configuring the overclocking in the BIOS...
    Help would be awesome.
